Purpose of change

As a new player, the difference between the two fire drill items was not very clear.

Describe the solution

Clarified the differences between the fire drills, by specifying two types: bow drill and pump drill. Updated name and description of the two drills. "Fire drill" remains in both names to mitigate potential future confusion.

Gameplay wise, the pump fire drill is a half a step up from a bow fire drill. It works faster, but has additional requirements to craft (rock drill + rock as a flywheel). Updated charges, size, and recipe of camp/pump drill accordingly.
